Our Story…

The success of GC Parcel Express is based on focusing on our customers’ requirements, listening, adapting, delivering new services and capabilities to individuals or businesses that want to trade around the world.

Our family business began in 2005, with one man and one small very rusty van!

When we first listened to our local business community, our local butcher, green grocer, newsagent etc, we found that they wanted to provide a delivery service to their customers, but it was too expensive and they could not compete with the big named supermarkets that were already offering home delivery services.

Aiming to support our local businesses, we focused on a delivery service that would be affordable to the green grocer, quick enough for the butcher and a great convenience to our community.

Over the years, our local community flourished, and our new neighbours came from all different parts of the world; India, Poland, and Australia. Sure enough, the delivery demands became worldwide.

We then listened to our new community,we adapted our services and began to build a worldwide delivery network.

From the local high street, to the world, our local businesses started to trade online. Once again we listened, adapted and continued to support businesses by providing additional valued services such as packaging, warehousing, and 24 hr online access. We accomplished all this without losing focus on our local values and pillars that supported such a vibrant community in the beginning.
