Collection Times
When booked in advance, collections usually take place between 9am-5pm for business addresses and up to 6pm for residential addresses.
Same Day Collection
Same day collection is available for most of our services. We generally recommend booking before midday if youd like your parcel to be collected on the same day but (depending on your courier and your collection address) it is often possible to book much later than this. The cut-off time for same day
collection in your area will be displayed during the booking process.
For same day collections, it is possible to restrict your collection time for some services, depending on your area.
It is possible to request a four hour collection window based on the standard collection times in your area (e.g. between 11am and 3pm)
